Business Development Manager – Microsoft  with 5+ years of experience

Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies and enterprise sales? We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships and help organizations adopt Microsoft solutions that accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Your Mission:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Security, Modern       Workplace, Copilot, and related cloud services.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored Microsoft solutions that align with their digital transformation goals.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, partner engagement, and client referrals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers, SMBs, and strategic partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams, internal technical consultants, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design winning customer solutions.
• Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives to expand market reach.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and customer information using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on Microsoft’s latest technologies, licensing models, cloud offerings, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management within the IT services or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Security, Modern Workplace,           and Microsoft licensing.
• Experience working with Microsoft CSP programs, cloud subscriptions, or enterprise licensing will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities.
• Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and create long-term customer value.
